We receive some advance payment by credit card for any order before the service work starts. You can also compete for payment by using PayPal, WESTERN UNION, Direct Debit, and Skrill. Full payment for the service will be delivered more than 4 days after the order.

xirosoft.com reserves all the right to decline any order without any notice. But don’t worry, we always try our best to receive all kinds of orders and complete those in time.

Quality Guarantee:

“xirosoft.com” always tries to satisfy our clients with quality service. We give a guarantee for the quality and if the client is not satisfied totally, we will revise the whole process. The customers are not allowed to include any third party in this process. Bad communication and unfriendly behavior from the customers will not the responsibility of ours to check the process again and again.

File Delivery & Storage Policy:

We only deliver the order files in digital format according to the client’s recommendation. We also don’t store any hard copies of the order files.

We store the order file of a customer for a certain time. For that time, the customers can get their raw files. So, within that time a customer can want to get his old order file, we can re-upload it or the file will be deleted automatically.
